The Cancer Society is very pleased to announce that The Longest Day Golf Challenge is back again this December. Last year, golfers around Auckland raised a whopping $130k for the Cancer Society by playing a marathon 72 holes while enjoying a day of camaraderie with their mates.

This year is our chance to take up the challenge.

Like everyone, the Cancer Society has had a really tough year and we’re hoping that this event will help us to raise vital funds so we can keep supporting people with cancer. You can help us.

The longest day Golf Challenge is an endurance golf marathon designed to test your skill, strength and stamina.

The challenge is to successfully complete four rounds of golf, in one day,  from dawn to dusk and raise funds for the Cancer Society's research, prevention and support services.

Participants choose the day, the course, and the team – or play solo if they prefer. The longest day of the year is 21st December, but participants can play any day in December or January that suits them.
